Basic renting info:
-We offer one hour of setup directly before the event, any additional time is $50/hour
-Live music on the back patio runs April through December. Music can be heard in the Vault Room, but conversations can still be had/heard. We have options to help with the sound, all at additional fees.
-A bartender will be at the outside bar on Friday and Saturday evenings to serve the general public as well as the private party. For the best possible service, we highly recommend adding a bartender to serve only your event, which is $1/person with a $50 minimum, or you may order at
the inside bar during your event.
-A private bartender can serve up to 80 people.
-Tent rental is $150.
-Privacy curtains are $50.
-The outside bar can be completely closed off to the general public for your event for $100. This does not include a bartender. You may add a private bartender at the above-mentioned price or order at the inside bar.
-We do not provide decor, linens, metal utensils, glass plates, etc. at this time.
-2 weeks in advance, you must book a private bartender and place your food order from VWB.
-1 week in advance, we need all other details of your event and your signature. If we do not have your signature at this time, we will not be able to supply food/preordered beverages, etc.
-We have a small kitchen, so large food orders will not all come out at the same time. The kitchen staff will have food out as it is ready.
-We do NOT allow lit candles, glitter, or confetti. If using balloons, please make sure they are tied/secured. We do have a fee to retrieve balloons from the ceiling.
